YOU'RE INVITED TO THE TABLE
We know there are challenges, we know there are gaps.
Let's be real - we know that some days it can feel insurmountable when your company's not growing per plan, or you're not able to raise the financing to take your company to the next level.
Your voice as a female leader in B.C. technology is critical in creating a future that we can all thrive in.
So what are we doing about it?
Based upon the Lean Startup Methodology, we're doing Discovery Interviews to learn what your top priority issues are and what you think would best solve them.

OUR WHY
OUR PURPOSE
Here's what you asked for:
Curated senior-level roundtables with industry peers to
network among women leaders and up-level our strengths.
To meet this need, we will continue our interviews to curate valuable connections through virtual roundtables that include women across the province, and invite you to join us as we launch the first annual Mastermind retreat to kick this off:
Provide in-person technical workshops and online
webinars to ensure women leaders are heard as they contribute to trends and core innovations in tech.
Young women and girls "can't be what they can't see."
The BLAST Program intends to bring more awareness and visibility to Women in Leadership and Tech. We have an ambitious project to interview 250 "Women Leaders in BC Tech" - we've interviewed 135 women so far!
It's vital that we recognize and feature the stories of successful women in leadership roles at a variety of tech companies and organizations across British Columbia so that we achieve more visibility and awareness about the diverse roles women in tech fulfill and accomplish in our industry.
